How Does My Wholesale Lenders Work?

After registering for a free mortgage broker account, originators can search for wholesale lenders with loan programs that match loan scenarios they are currently working on for clients. A simple web form is filled out with values from your borrower's application and credit situation, after which matching results are presented.

If we don't have a matching loan program in our system, we'll notify our wholesale account executive partners with your loan scenario for their personal review. If any of the wholesale lenders have a matching program, they will contact you directly so that the loan can be submitted and closed.
